Skilled at translations of RPGs, tactical RPGs, and visual novels. A fantasy fan who began studying English in order to read The Lord of the Rings in its original language. Has over 30 years of experience playing RPGs and tactical RPGs.

Part of the mystery novel study club in university. From reading all kinds of mystery novels, has become skilled at visual novel translations that accurately convey the original atmosphere. Is ready to go the extra mile with ensuring an accurate translation. For example, visited the National Diet Library in order to research old books on law for the Aviary Attorney translation.

    Currently works as a Japanese-to-English translation coordinator, working part-time as a freelancer. Born in the U.K., but moved to Tokyo when he was six months old, and has lived there ever since. Often supports Matsurika Games through native-checks, offering advice and translations for technical or slang-heavy sentences. His favorite genre is sci-fi. He also enjoys playing video-games, as well as writing fiction.

    Originally worked as an editor at a book publisher’s before going freelance. Currently a full-time freelancer, with a focus on proofreading, editing, and writing. She seeks to approach the game from the perspective of a player when proofreading, with the goal of ensuring the best possible experience for other players. Even the smallest of details are inspected as part of her work.Her favorite genre is fantasy. For games, she enjoys RPGs, visual novels, and dating sims.
